Samuel F. Siddiqui, MD, MPH

Dr. Samuel F. Siddiqui is a board certified Neurologist with a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and he is a Certified Principal Investigator. He received Good Clinical Practice training at the Mayo Clinic and Electrodiagnostics from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Siddiqui served as the Lead Managing Emergency Room Physician at the VA Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee, and he was a Staff Neurologist at Emory University.
Dr. Siddiqui began his internship in internal medicine at the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine, Peoria Illinois. Then he completed his residency at the University of Tennessee. Because of Dr. Siddiqui’s commitment to his field, he went on to complete a fellowship in Behavioral Neurology / Neuropsychiatry at Emory University.
Dr. Siddiqui has spent many years as the Principal Investigator or Sub-Principal Investigator on many studies from pharmaceuticals, such as Paxil CR, to Alzheimer’s Disease funded by the NIH. His special areas of interest and expertise are in NCS/EMG and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Traumatic Brain Injury and Headaches, Huntington’s Disease, and Alzheimer’s Disease.
Dr. Samuel F. Siddiqui is renowned neurologist with a focus on treatments for neurological disorders and neurological damages caused by traumatic injuries. At our clinics with offices in Delray Beach, Plantation, and Naples, Florida, Dr. Siddiqui serves as medical director at the Center for Neuroscience. Dr. Siddiqui has also personally performed thousands of Botox procedures to treat the symptoms of headaches, dystonia, and excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis).
